This winning itinerary combines three unforgettable areas into one amazing trip. Start with three nights in Cape Town to enjoy world-class wineries, gourmet dining, scenic vistas, active explorations and historical attractions. Then migrate to the coastal region for an immersive eco-experience among the fynbos of the Cape Floral Kingdom. Your stay here includes a menu of activities and mouthwatering cuisine among breathtaking scenery. After that, shift gears to the wildlife and wilderness of safari in a private game reserve near Kruger National Park to see the Big Five and enjoy a traditional African safari.

Day 1Arrive Cape Town, South Africa

Upon arrival in Cape Town, you will be met by a local representative and transferred to your guest house in a suburb of Cape Town. The rest of the evening is at your leisure to explore the beautiful city, enjoy dinner at one of the many restaurants in the area, or have a well-deserved rest after your long trip. Day 2Cape Point & Peninsula Tour | Meals: B

Today you embark on a full day tour of the Cape Peninsula, where you will be able to see the beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay, cruise to Seal Island, and visit the African Penguin breeding colony at Boulders Beach. The world-renowned Kirstenbosch Gardens and the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve are also on the agenda, along with the symbolic meeting of the Indian and Atlantic Oceans at the top of the Peninsula and spectacular views over False Bay. Day 3Winelands Tour | Meals: B

Today’s tour of the Cape Winelands takes you through superb mountain ranges, vineyards and Cape Dutch homesteads to the heart of South Africa’s wine industry. The full-day tour includes three wine tastings (included) and a lunch stop (not included) before arriving back at your accommodation. Overnight in Cape Town

Day 4Grootbos Nature Reserve | Meals: B L D

Subjected to scorching summer sun, nutrient-poor soils and recurring veld fires, the Cape Flora known as Fynbos prospers defiantly in the face of natural adversity. Feast on the finest cuisine and locally sourced wines while watching spectacular sunsets over the ocean; treat yourself to a rejuvenating spa treatment in our ancient forest; or join a specialized guide to discover the wonders of this floral and marine paradise by foot, horseback, 4×4, boat or plane! Several activities are included and there are many additional options. If you are more of a thrill-seeker, consider cage-diving to chance a close-up encounter with the Great White Sharks! Day 6Safari Time | Meals: B D

After a morning activity (time permitting), you will be transferred back to the Cape Town airport for a scheduled flight toHoedspruit (flight not included) and a road transfer to your safari camp. Enjoy an afternoon game activity in Timbavati Game Reserve. Overnight at Kings Camp

Days 7-8On Safari In Timbavati Game Reserve | Meals: B L D

While on safari in Timbavati Private Game Reserve, you will enjoy morning and afternoon game activities with knowledgeable rangers. In the morning, explore the African wilderness on foot in the care of highly experienced trail rangers. Immerse your senses in the little things, learning about plants, spoor, tracking and the tastes, sights and sounds of wilderness up close. In the afternoon, a short walk is combined with a safari game drive, allowing you to experience the best of both worlds. Whether it is a leopard on the hunt, lions roaring at twilight, hippo wallowing in the river, or a crocodile basking on a sandy bank, each viewing will become a lifetime memory. Day 9Depart Hoedspruit, South Africa | Meals: B
