Day 5Exploring Grootbos and the Cape Floral Kingdom | Meals: B L D

The Cape Floral Kingdom, although the smallest of the world’s six kingdoms, boasts unmatched levels of diversity, with more than three times the floral species of the Amazon Jungle. Subjected to scorching summer sun, nutrient-poor soils and recurring veld fires, the Cape Flora known as Fynbos prospers defiantly in the face of natural adversity. Feast on the finest cuisine and locally sourced wines while watching spectacular sunsets over the ocean; treat yourself to a rejuvenating spa treatment in our ancient forest; or join a specialized guide to discover the wonders of this floral and marine paradise by foot, horseback, 4×4, boat or plane! Several activities are included and there are many additional options. If you are more of a thrill-seeker, consider cage-diving to chance a close-up encounter with the Great White Sharks! This optional activity is offered nearby (weather dependent, not included). Overnight at Grootbos Forest Lodge

Day 6Safari Time | Meals: B D

After a morning activity (time permitting), you will be transferred back to the Cape Town airport for a scheduled flight to Skukuza (flight not included) and a road transfer to your safari camp. Enjoy an afternoon game activity in Southern Kruger National Park. Overnight at Rhino Post Safari Lodge

Days 7-8On Safari In Southern Kruger National Park | Meals: B L D

While on safari in Kruger, you will enjoy morning and afternoon game activities with knowledgeable rangers. In the morning, explore the African wilderness on foot in the care of highly experienced trail rangers. Immerse your senses in the little things, learning about plants, spoor, tracking and the tastes, sights and sounds of wilderness up close. In the afternoon, a short walk is combined with a safari game drive, allowing you to experience the best of both worlds. Whether it is a leopard on the hunt, lions roaring at twilight, hippo wallowing in the river, or a crocodile basking on a sandy bank, each viewing will become a lifetime memory.
