Children’s and Minors’ Data

Our Services are not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect any personal data from, children under the age of 13. If we learn we have collected or received personal data from a child under 13 years old without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. For California residents aged 13–15, we do not sell or share personal information without the individual’s affirmative opt‑in; for children under 13, we require verifiable parental consent for any such activity.

Account and contact information, including name, address (such as home address, work address, or other address), email address, phone number, username, and other contact information you provide us.

  • Account history, including information about your subscription, account, transactions, purchases, order history, or discounts.
  • Demographic information, including your age, gender, income level, education, or family or marital status, if you have consented to such information collection.
  • Location information, including general geographic location such as country, state or province, or city and/or precise geolocation, if you have enabled and consented to location information collection.
  • Device information, including your IP address, device identifiers, operating system and version, preferred language, hardware identifiers, browser type and settings, and other device information.
  • Content and information you elect to provide as part of your profile or in any reviews you make through the Services or emails, chats, or other communications sent to us.
  • Identity document information, such as Social Security and driver’s license numbers, if you have consented to such information collection.

The inclusion of any privacy notice, disclosure, or statement referencing the laws of California (including the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended), Florida, Hawaii, Washington, or any other jurisdiction with a Seller of Travel registration requirement shall not be construed, interpreted, or asserted as evidence that the Company is a “seller of travel” as defined under the laws of such jurisdictions, nor that the Company sells, offers, or arranges travel services to residents of such jurisdictions in a manner triggering registration, bonding, trust account, or other regulatory obligations under those states’ Seller of Travel statutes (including, without limitation, Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §§ 17550 et seq., Fla. Stat. §§ 559.926–559.939, Haw. Rev. Stat. §§ 468L-1 et seq., or Wash. Rev. Code §§ 19.138.010 et seq.) Such privacy disclosures are provided solely for informational purposes and to facilitate compliance with applicable data protection laws. They do not constitute an admission of jurisdictional nexus, business activity, or transactional engagement within any regulated state. Any argument to the contrary is expressly disclaimed.

Some of the information identified above, including identification document information, precise geolocation information, and biometric information, may be considered sensitive data under certain laws. If required under applicable law, we will collect and process sensitive personal data only with your consent.

We also collect:

  • Statistics or aggregated information. Statistical or aggregated data does not directly identify a specific person, but we may derive non-personal statistical or aggregated data from personal data. You Provide Information to Us

To use this feature, you must provide your email address and the recipient’s email address. Important: The exact scope of these rights vary by state. There are also several exceptions where we may not have an obligation to fulfill your request.

When we detect such a signal, we will make reasonable efforts to respect your choices indicated by a GPC setting as required by applicable law.

We do not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights (no different prices, levels, or quality of service, except as allowed by a Notice of Financial Incentive). If we offer discounts, rewards, or similar tied to your data, we will present a Notice of Financial Incentive explaining material terms and how the incentive relates to the value of your data.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. These third-party sites may have different privacy policies and practices, and we strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services

Minnesota Privacy Rights

If you are a resident of Minnesota, you may have additional rights under the Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act (MCDPA), effective July 31, 2025. These rights include the ability to:

  • Access the personal data we have collected about you
  • Request corrections to inaccuracies in your personal data
  • Request deletion of your personal data
  • Obtain a copy of your personal data in a portable format
  • Opt out of targeted advertising and certain types of profiling
  • Appeal a denied request

We do not process sensitive personal data (such as biometric, racial or ethnic origin, health information, or sexual orientation) without your explicit consent where required by law.

How We Retain Your Personal Data

We keep the categories of personal data described in this policy for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described or for as otherwise legally permitted or required, such as maintaining the Services, operating our organization, complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and for safety, security, and fraud prevention. This means that we consider our legal and business obligations, potential risks of harm, and nature of the information when deciding how long to retain personal data. At the end of the retention period, personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or deidentified.

We may update this policy from time to time, and we will provide notice of any such changes to the policy as required by law. The date the privacy policy was last updated is identified at the top of the page. We will notify you of changes to this policy by updating the “last updated” date and posting the updated policy on the Services.
