Depart Dar es Salaam this morning or early afternoon on a one-hour scheduled flight to the Selous. On arrival, transfer from the airstrip to your camp. Overnight in Selous Game Reserve

Days 2-3On safari in the Selous Game Reserve | Meals: B L D

These 2 days enjoy the adventure of walking safaris, game drives, and boating excursions to explore this vast, untamed wilderness. The Selous is Africa’s largest wildlife sanctuary, and here you will find some of the finest untainted bush in Africa. The animals are still wild, reacting naturally to the sight of humans, unlike their tourist-accustomed counterparts in Tanzania’s northern parks. The intricate waterways and tributaries of the Rufiji River Delta attract a healthy population of elephant, and are packed full of grunting hippo and crocodile that lumber ominously into the water at the sound of your boat. Day 4Depart Dar es Salaam, Tanzania | Meals: B

After breakfast you will be transferred to the airstrip for your flight back to Dar es Salaam for your onward arrangements.
