This six-day cruise through the Northern Patagonian Glaciers will take you on a relaxing, all-inclusive voyage through some of the most unique and stunning landscapes on the earth. Multiple land and glacier excursions allow you to fully experience this area that few have seen.

Day 1Embark in Puerto Montt, Chilé | Meals: L D

After weighing anchor in Puerto Montt, you will sail through the arhchipelago of Llanquihue, arriving in Quemchi on the island of Chiloé around 4:30 p.m. Disembark on small boats towards the picturesque village where you can visit a handicraft market, cafes, the museum of the Chilean author Francisco Coloane, and stroll around the beautiful streets. Back on the cruise around 6:30 p.m., continue sailing south along the archipelago of Chiloé, crossing the Gulf of Corcovado at midnight. Overnight on board

Day 2Puerto Aguirre Fishing Village and Birdwatching | Meals: B L D

Today your cruise will navigate through the channels of Moraleda and Ferronave, arriving at the fishing village of Puerto Aguirre at 11:00 a.m. Disembark in this village, which is enclosed by the Chonos archipelago, and walk through the streets, passing a typical Patagonian rainforest and arriving at a lookout. Back on the ship at 1:30 p.m., you will continue sailing through the channels of Ferronave, Pilcomayo, and Casma. In the late afternoon you will arrive at Islote Barrientos, where you disembark to smaller boats approaching the rock formations to visit one of the largest bird colonies in Chile, counting Kelp Gulls, Rock shags, Red-legged shags, and Imperial shags. These birds are accompanied by South American fur seals. Overnight on board

Day 3San Rafael Lagoon | Meals: B L D

This morning you will cross the channel of Tempanos to the entrance of the lagoon San Rafael. Anchoring just over a mile from the glacier, boat excursions among the multicolored icebergs will take you as close to this magical place as you can get. Back on the ship, it approaches the glacier even further before heading to Quitralco-Fjord. Overnight on board

Day 4Quitralco | Meals: B L D

This morning your ship will dock at Quitralco, where you are able to go ashore to enjoy inside and outside hot springs with temperatures from 89 to 100 degrees F. Enjoy the day in this breathtaking area before sailing towards Chiloé in the evening, navigating through the channels of Moraleda and Pérez Norte. Overnight on board

Day 5Chiloé | Meals: B L D

Early this morning, your ship will cross the Gulf of Corcovado. If you are lucky, you may be able to observe humpbacks or the rare blue whales from the deck. Around 11:00 a.m. you will arrive at Islote Conejos, in the channel Queilen. Disembarking on small boats, you get to visit the island inhabited by Magellan Penguins and birds. Back on the ship, you sail through the islands of Lemuy and Chelín. Upon arrival in Dalcahue, you can go ashore and visit the handicraft market, the church, and the promenade. In the evening you have a farewell party and captain’s dinner to celebrate your great adventure. Overnight on board

Day 6Depart Puerto Montt, Chilé | Meals: B

After docking in Puerto Montt, you will disembark and be transferred to the airport for your onward arrangement – or extend your stay in South America!
