At this event Twin Cities Meteorologist Sven Sundgaard will share his insight into Norway’s Arctic, and the details of his upcoming trip to Svalbard, Norway, as host of this Borton Overseas’ Signature Journey!
Svalbard, Norway, is a remote Arctic archipelago found along the 80th parallel, halfway between Norway and the North Pole. It is home to the Svalbard Global Seed Vault, and is an important research center for scientists from all over the world. This exclusive small group tour features stunning landscapes, fascinating history, an expedition-style cruise, unique wildlife (such as polar bears), and a special focus on climate change.
We’ll go through the details of the trip, and there will be opportunities to ask questions and meet your hosts, Sven Sundgaard and Borton Overseas’ Scandinavia Supervisor Nicole Anderson. Plus, just for attending, you will receive an EXCLUSIVE COUPON* which will double our Early Booking Discount and save $500 per person on this once-in-a-lifetime experience!
There is no better time than the present to see the Arctic – Let out your inner explorer and join us to learn more!
This is a FREE presentation, and will take place on Thursday, February 22, at 6:30pm at Norway House. Doors will open 30 minutes prior.
