The bustling port of Split is the center of nightlife and visitors love to stroll through its narrow streets and taste the delights of the Dalmatian cuisine offered in many restaurants and taverns all around the antique part of the town. The second largest city in Croatia, is located between the mountains and the sea. It is famous for Diocletian’s Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the world’s most impressive Roman monuments. It’s Cathedral of Saint Domnius is the oldest Catholic cathedral in the world. Enjoy a guided walking tour of the city with a visit to Diocletian’s Palace.
Zagreb is the Croatian capital, and the largest city with its charming old streets in the medieval Old Town, its green parks and beautiful architecture. The walking city tour will be with a knowledge guide who will take you on a classic tour through downtown Zagreb, built at the end of the 19th century very much under the influence of Vienna’s architecture. Known as “Little Vienna”, most of the palaces and buildings were built during the Austrian-Hungarian Empire. Walk through Zrinjevac, one of the largest and most popular parks, and Dolac market where locals buy their food.
