Travel Guide
Breathtaking. Diverse. Vibrant and Close By.
Scandinavia offers something for everyone - majestic mountains, deep fjords, rich pine & birch  forests, and vibrant cities. The people are warm and welcoming and invite you to explore their countries – Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland and Greenland, each with its own culture and history.

You can explore Scandinavia in any of the four seasons – all with wonderful characteristics!

During the summer, the Midnight Sun illuminates the sky late into the night. You could say Scandinavia “leaves the lights on” – the sun is having just too much fun to set!  You will, too!

And when fall sets in, the vast, bright, colorful forests offer their astonishing beauty as a cloak for your crisp autumn walk.  A walk, perhaps, to a local restaurant, replete with fire place, hot chowder soup and freshly baked bread.  Now, just try to resist that!

Winter offers ski adventures in the mountains and forests.  Swish through the newly fallen powder, try dog sledding or snow shoeing.  Relax by the fire after an invigorating day outdoors.  Winter in the cities offers shopping, theater and concert opportunities not available during the summer months.

Winter makes its way into spring with thundering waterfalls, blossoming trees and flowers everywhere! Enjoy coffee at an outdoor café with the locals, welcoming the new season!
