Travel with Scandinavia Director Nicole Anderson on a hunt for the elusive Aurora Borealis, or Northern Lights, in northern Sweden. Abisko, located in the Arctic Circle, provides the perfect setting for a true Arctic winter experience. Although never guaranteed, the positioning of Abisko is opportune as it is often within the Auroral Oval, so it offers a high probability of seeing the spectacular natural phenomena. At the end of your adventure, and after a stay in the famous ICEHOTEL, enjoy leisure time in Sweden’s capital, Stockholm, before beginning the journey home.
