Itinerary
This is a sample semi-independent itinerary. Travel will be independent with guided tours and activities along the way. Our Specialists will work with you to create an itinerary to meet your preferences.

Arrive Delhi and transfer to your hotel. Delhi is one of the world’s most beautiful cities and as India’s capital city, is a great place to explore, dine, shop, and relax. Overnight in Delhi

Day 2Delhi Sightseeing | Meals: B

Start your exploration of Delhi with a visit to Jama Masjid, India’s largest and Delhi’s most spectacular mosque. Drive past the magnificent Red Fort. Board a pedicab and travel through the busy and crowded streets of “Chandini Chow,” Delhi’s largest wholesale market. Visit Raj Ghat, Mahatma Gandhi’s memorial, before continuing on to Qutab Minar, the tallest minaret in India and the mausoleum of Emperor Humayun. Drive through the expensive Lutyen’s Delhi neighborhood, the Presidential Palace, and the Parliament House. Overnight in Delhi

Day 3Explore Jaipur | Meals: B

You will be driven to Jaipur this morning, the capital of the royal state of Rajasthan. Jaipur abounds with forts and palaces, pleasure gardens and fabulous old bazaars. This evening enjoy a walk in the brilliantly colorful and vibrant old City of Jaipur. Overnight in Jaipur

Day 5Taj Mahal | Meals: B

After breakfast travel to Fatehpur Sikri, a fairytale ghost city of delicately carved red sandstone. Continue to Agra, home to the Taj Mahal. Agra is a tiny town with a huge history, having been the capital of India under the Mughal rule. Tonight, grab your camera and head to the Taj Mahal to see the beauty of the palace at sunset. Sunset and sunrise are the most beautiful times to see the Taj Mahal, when the sun casts its rays and a warm glow on the white marble building. Overnight in Agra

Day 6Agra Fort and Returning to Delhi | Meals: B

If you are not satisfied with having only seen the Taj Majal at sunset, this morning you can return to the Taj Mahal at sunrise.
