Arrive in Bergen. Bergen is the second largest city in Norway and home to Floibanen, the Fish Market, Troldhaugen and the Rosenkrantz Tower. Transfer into city center and check into our hotel before enjoying a Welcome dinner of traditional Norwegian cuisine. Overnight Bergen

After breakfast at the hotel, we will start our day with a city tour of Bergen, learning the history of the city and its food traditions before enjoying the remainder of your day at leisure. We recommend a visit to Bergen’s annual food festival. The Bergen Local Food Festival is the largest in Norway. You have a chance to meet the local producers and buy local products. In cooperation, Bergen Beer Festival is organized at the same time and represents over 40 Norwegian breweries. Overnight Bergen 

Sunday, September 3  Sognefjord Apple Farm   B L D
This morning we will sail from Bergen to Balestrand. Enjoy a cultural walk through an apple orchard with a cider tasting and a light lunch. After this, you will have some free time before dinner for independent sightseeing and shopping. Tonight we stay at the historic Kviknes hotel. Kviknes was purchased in 1877 and has been family owned since then. Delicious dinner provided at hotel with a brief presentation about the hotel beforehand. Overnight at Kviknes Hotel

Monday, September 4  Sognefjord in a Nutshell   B D
Morning at leisure. We will continue this afternoon through the fjord by boat from Balestrand to Flam. In Flam we transfer to the famous Flam railway. This historic train travels to Myrdal, where we will transfer to another train that will take us to Oslo. A light dinner will be provided onboard the train due to late arrival in Oslo. Overnight Oslo

After breakfast, explore Oslo by coach on a city tour. Afterwards, we have time to enjoy a couple hours of free time before an evening cooking course and dinner. In this leisure time we recommend a stroll down Karl Johan shopping or a stop at the Norwegian Folk Museum for some history, culture and lefse. Overnight Oslo

Wednesday, September 6  Ferry to Copenhagen   B D
Your last hours in Norway are at leisure. Relax at an Oslo cafe, shop or visit other popular sights. We recommend lunch near Hollmenkollen ski jump. Transfer to the ferry terminal in the afternoon for our ferry from Oslo to Copenhagen. Watch the skyline of Oslo disappear on the horizon before enjoying a buffet dinner. Overnight onboard in seaview cabin

Thursday, September 7  Copenhagen   B L
Arrive in Copenhagen this morning. Enjoy a food tour that will give you a perspective of their producers and restaurants in regard to unique traditions and new Danish products. Lunch will be provided at the end of the tour. Enjoy the evening at leisure. Book a table at a Michelin restaurant, explore Tivoli or shop along Stroget. Overnight Copenhagen

We take the early train from Copenhagen to Stockholm this morning. In the afternoon, a city food tour is scheduled with a farewell dinner provided at the end. After dinner you can choose to check out Stockholm’s nightlife. Overnight Stockholm

Saturday, September 9  Depart for US   B  
The morning is at leisure to explore the city on your own or to discover a Farmers Market that is held on Saturdays. Transfer to the airport in conjunction with your flight. Depart for US/Iceland.

Tuesday, August 29  Arrive in Reykjavik 
Arrive in Reykjavik. Transfer to the Blue Lagoon by bus. Enjoy the Blue Lagoon at your leisure. A table reservation at the LAVA restaurant will be made for you to enjoy a meal at the lagoon. Transfer into the city for check-in at your hotel. Spend evening exploring Reykjavik's active night life. Perhaps try a shot of Iceland’s iconic Black Death if you are brave enough. Overnight Reykjavik

Visit one of Iceland’s most popular areas today and tour the Golden Circle. See Thingvellir National Park, Gullfoss Waterfall and the Geysir geothermal area.
