Day 1 Arrive Nairobi, Kenya
Arrive Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta Airport. Exiting into the arrivals hall, you are met by our local representative and transferred to your comfortable airport hotel for a welcome rest. Eka Hotel or similar - Junior Suite
NOTE: should you wish to add more time in Nairobi to relax after the long journey, we will recommend local sightseeing options such as the Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage, Karen Blixen home, Kazuri Beads, Giraffe Educational Center etc. and additional accommodations options here.
Days 2-4 Amboseli National Park B L D
Breakfast and transfer to the regional airport. Fly to Amboseli National Park and your luxury tented camp. Famed for its long-tusked elephants, strategic views of Mt. Kilimanjaro, and hundreds of species of birds, Amboseli National park is a photographer’s heaven. Located on the south western edge of the park, facing the mountain and overlooking its own private conservancy – Kitarua conservancy – is Tortilis camp. A pioneer in low impact, high comfort accommodation and the first of its size to operate 100% on solar power, Tortilis camp is the setting example of eco-tourism. The en-suite tents are spacious, comfortable and offer views of Mt. Kilimanjaro on a clear day. Game drives in open sided vehicles and exclusive access to Kitarua conservancy are some of the privileges to behold at the camp, as well as guided bush walks and stunning sundowners.

Day 5 Ngorongoro Highlands, Tanzania B L D
After an early breakfast you will depart by road to the Namanga border crossing with picnic lunches. Here you will clear customs and immigration formalities and exchange vehicles. Continue your drive to the agricultural area in the Ngorongoro highland enjoying the topography to arrive Gibb’s Farm in time for late lunch.
Gibb’s Farm is one of the first guesthouses in Northern Tanzania, and started out as a coffee farm before being refurbished to a homely inn. Located in Karatu, the views from Gibb’s farm overlook the Great Rift Valley and Ngorongoro Forest. The spacious guest cottages each have a distinct theme and a cosy atmosphere with the eucalyptus wood floors and warm fire places for the cool nights. Every day at Gibb’s farm is an adventure - whether visiting the Ngorongoro Crater, cycling through the back roads of Karatu, enjoying a walk through the farm’s organic vegetable and terraced flower gardens, learning about the Iraqw culture or exploring the waterfalls and elephant caves, there is always plenty to do. Day 6 Ngorongoro Crater B L D
This morning, you will drive to the Ngorongoro Crater, where you can spend the morning exploring the habitats offered in this Eden...the floor of the crater. Picnic lunch. Later in the afternoon you return to Gibbs Farm for a delicious dinner and overnight. Gibb's Farm
Days 7-9 Serengeti National Park B L D
After breakfast you are transferred to nearby Manyara airstrip for a scheduled flight to Serengeti. Upon arrival you are met and transferred to your luxury lodge, your base for exploring the vast and spectacular Serengeti plains!

Days 10-12 Cross to Kenya: Masai Mara B L D
After breakfast, transfer to Kogatende airstrip for the short scheduled flight to Kenya's Migori. Here, you clear customs and immigration formalities then connect to your short flight to Masai Mara. Your driver-guide will meet you at the Keekorok airstrip and transfer you to Little Sand River Mara camp with game viewing en-route.

Day 13 Nairobi - Depart B
After a last morning game drive in the Masai Mara, you will be transferred to the airstrip for your scheduled flight back to Nairobi. Upon arrival, you are transferred to the international airport for your journey home.
NOTE: if time and budget allow, you might want to extend your time in Africa. Options include Gorilla trekking, Indian Ocean tropical retreats, history and culture of Ethiopia or travel to Southern Africa for more safari, Victoria Falls or a stay in trendy Cape Town. Did we mention WINE? From Nairobi, the options are endless!
